The Placentia West Heritage Committee jumped on board for ‘Culture Days’ this year.

Topics :
King School , Cross-Canada , Livyers Lot

Sept. 28, K-6 students from Rushoon’s Christ the King School visited the grounds in and around Livyers Lot on the Burin Peninsula Highway.

Now in its third year, Culture Days is a collaborative cross-Canada volunteer movement. It aims to raise the awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities.

The initiative is supported through a national steering committee and volunteer provincial and territorial task forces.
