Eastern Health has advised the public it has started the vaccination of children from Kindergarten to Grade 3.
These vaccinations are being done during regular school hours at the various schools. If your child is absent from school on the day the vaccines are administered, they will be accommodated at the next possible mass immunization clinic.
Students should not attend mass immunization clinics in advance of their scheduled classroom vaccination day and time.
In addition, changes have been made to the Mass Immunization Clinics remaining open today and tomorrow to accommodate those persons eligible for vaccination as identified on Eastern Health's website at 'www.easternhealth.ca'.
