The yo-yo pricing for gasoline at the pumps continues in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Thursday, the Public Utilities Board set maximum prices for all regulated petroleum products in all areas of the province and reduced all gas products by 3.6 cents a litre – nearly seven cents in two weeks after almost a five cent hike three weeks ago.

Diesel also went down 2.4 cpl.

Burin Peninsula motorists now are charged $1.396 a litre for regular, self-serve gas and $1.426 for full service. Diesel costs $1.381 a litre.
