The Public Utilities Board set maximum prices for all regulated petroleum products in all areas of the province reflecting decreases in all fuels.
Burin Peninsula motorists are now paying $1.296 a litre for regular, self-serve gas and $1.326 for full service. Diesel was reduced by 2.8 cpl to $1.432.
Furnace oil and stove oil also saw reductions with furnace oil now costing $1.0579 a litre after a 1.82 decrease; stove oil is down 1.47 to $1.1005 a litre while propane rose by half a cent to 66.2 cpl.
