Authorities say they have arrested a suspect in connection with a shooting in Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy He was killed in his patrol car over the weekend.

“I challenge the character of the people there: to find this act totally unacceptable and come forward,” Luna said.
Clinkunbroomer “started her life,” the sheriff said Saturday, referring to the late partner’s recent engagement.
Clinkunbroomer transferred to the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station in 2018 after working with the department for eight years. He served as a field training officer and was a beloved member of the Sheriff’s Department.
Both his father and grandfather worked for the sheriff’s department, Luna said.
