Snow showers with strong winds on Monday

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect at 10 a.m. Monday and lasts for all of Greater Cincinnati until 1 a.m. Tuesday. LATEST WEATHER ALERTS // LATEST CLOSURE We’re eyeing some wintry changes to start the new work/school week after mild temperatures lingered this weekend with some light rain! Winds and temperatures will reach 30-35+mph throughout the day. Temperatures will drop into the 40s in the morning and 30s in the afternoon, with wind chills in the 20s. Scattered snow showers will begin after 9am and last through the afternoon. The best opportunities for some accumulation will be mainly to our north around I-70 and to our northeast. However, some high/grassy areas may see some coatings that melt quickly due to hot ground temperatures. At sunset the snowfall decreases.
